Cropsy is an app by Vision Tech B.V. (Chamber of Commerce 42058048). By using the app or this website you agree to these terms. We keep them short and in plain language.
What Cropsy does
Cropsy tells you what to sow, plant, water and harvest and when, based on your location, your space and what you log. It is growing advice, not a guarantee: weather, seed, soil and pests all get a vote. If you're unsure about something — especially anything you're about to eat — check it against a second source.
Your account
The app works without an account. If you make one, you are responsible for your sign-in details and for what happens through your account. Cropsy is meant for people aged sixteen and over. You can delete your account in the app at any time, and everything in it goes with it immediately.
Free and paid
One garden with six plants, the full timeline, reminders and all growing content are free and stay free. Premium (€49.99 once, or €29.99 a year) opens up more gardens and plants, the garden planner, diagnosis, unlimited photos and export.
Paying and cancelling
Purchases go through the App Store or Google Play, not through us: they take the payment, they send the receipt, and that is where you manage or cancel a subscription. A yearly plan renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Refunds are requested from the store you bought from, under their rules.
What's ours
The app, the text, the illustrations and the growing data belong to Vision Tech B.V. You may use them to garden, not to copy or resell them. What you put in — your gardens, notes, photos and harvests — stays yours; we only hold it to sync it back to you.
Liability
We work to keep the data correct and the app running, but we cannot promise nothing will ever go wrong or that a harvest will succeed. As far as the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid for Cropsy in the past year. We do not exclude liability for intent or gross negligence.
Changes
The app changes, and these terms may change with it. For anything substantial we'll say so in the app or by email. The date at the top is always the version in force.
Governing law
Dutch law applies to these terms. If we cannot resolve something together, it goes to the competent court in the Netherlands. Questions or complaints? Write to hello@cropsyapp.com — that is where we would rather start.
